Our room was nothing like we booked. The refrigerator was not working. The bathroom lighting was poor. The walls were paper thin. The beds were definitely not queen size. For the price we paid it should have been so much better. Not sure if I will stay there again.

This was a lovely hotel with a nice fitness center and pool. The room was comfortable. The hotel's location was nice--close to restaurants and shopping. However, I asked for and paid for a room with 2 queen beds. I got a room with 2 double beds. When I spoke to the staff about that, I was told, "Yes, our queen rooms have double beds. We still call them queen rooms." The A/C was extremely slow to respond so the room was hot for a very long time. There was no shower gel in the dispenser in the shower (which I didn't discover until I needed it). There is a nice coffee bar down in the beautiful lobby, but it was closed--as in not serving at all anymore. And though this stay was NOT cheap, there was no complimentary breakfast or coffee.
