"Very clean, but we had issues with the bathroom sink drain, and the hot water faucet in the bathroom had to be repaired. The refrigerator stopped working and we lost our food. They had to bring in a temporary refrigerator."

"Very small but clean room. For two people there was not much space to dress or walk around. We got breakfast which was very good for a continental. The beds are not automatically made up. We requested it done on out 3rd day(found out you need to book at least 4 nights which we had done). They came and replaced towels and made bed but did not change the linens. The next day I requested the linens be changed and the staff wrote it down and assured me they would. Again they made the bed and did not change the sheets. The room was hot and the air conditioning did not adequately cool it down. Our sheets were sweaty and needed changed. Overall the size of room, heat, and lack of clean linens really ruined our experience."
