Lovely hotel good position
It was a very clean hotel, lovely staff and food and drinks reasonably priced, the only thing I will say is the air conditioning in the restaurant area wasn’t working and it was a little chilly.

Can highly recommend this hotel. Everyone in our party was very impressed with the hotel, it is very clean and rooms are a high standard. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. Would recommend and will definitely stay again.

Staff stole belongings of mine that i asked them to post to me, an expensive Christmas gift that I couldn’t fly with and not a single staff member apologised and were extremely rude when this happened. Hotel is not safe.

Stayed here with work colleagues whilst attending an event at ICC. This hotel is lovely, spacious rooms and really comfy beds. Breakfast was delicious with plenty to chose from on the buffet.
