The beds were very hard. When we stay at a motel we like to have a very comphy bed. The whole room needs updating. The furniture and carpet look old. We were happy to have a mini fridge.

Hotel needs an upgrade. Bathroom especially. Carpet is unglued is a significant fall hazard, as it bucks up. Toilet too low for seniors. Entire facility needs upgrades.

Pool was out for 3 days, I stepped on a screw/nail in the hallway on the 4th floor maintenance pulled it out. Ice machine on 4th floor didn’t work and had no signage posted. Breakfast was AWFUL!! Hot as hell in the main area and hallways. Room smelled old and musty. Vent in bathroom was dirty and had mold on it
