staff were great very friendly and helpful, clean rooms, certainly not as nice as many other best westerns I've stayed at, mainly picked here for location and the hot tub, the hot tub was closed the entire stay unfortunately.

The night staff was absolutely terrible. Everything was not his problem or not something he could do anything about. Any othet hotel would do their best to help you but not this guy. Breakfast was also gross with rancid juice available and barely any food options
