First room was dirty and shower curtain rod was broken off and in the closet, moved to 2nd room and it was filthy and smelled horrible, then moved again to 3rd room and the hot tub was broken. I booked the hot tub room for an additional expense got moved around 3 times upon arrival and still no hot tub experience. The door handle on the 3rd room is about to fall apart... glad there was no fire because it took 10 minutes of jamming on the handle just to get it to work!!

The room had a burnt up outlet which is unsafe. The lamp had a broken switch so we couldn’t turn it on. The woman at the front desk was rude. There was no phone in the room. In order to get assistance I had to walk down to the desk because we couldn’t call.

Upon arrival, we were told there would be no breakfast and also the pool and hot tub were closed due to Covid. This was not listed on the hotel description so we were disappointed since the hot tub was the main reason we chose this hotel. We went and purchased donuts since the hotel would not be providing breakfast. The next morning we discovered a huge ant infestation around the coffee machine and also around the donuts. We informed the front desk of the insect issue and they told us they would have someone else contact us later that day to change rooms. They never called. They also told us there would be some compensation for the breakfast we purchased that was not able to be consumed due to the ants. There was no compensation. Upon another trip to the front desk, they did move us to another room which was larger than our original room. However, the AC in this room barely worked but at this point we just went to bed. The front desk looked like they would rather be anywhere but at work. Almost like we were a hassle to even talk to. With only about 3 cars in the parking lot, its not like the place was crazy busy. My husband found the front desk attendant sitting in the lobby at one point watching TV. We were very disappointed.

Got a suite, jacuzzi didn’t haven’t running water and had panels on the side of the tub falling off. There was hair ALL OVER the towels “I bring my own anyway but still...” tv barely worked, coffee For the morning was opened, room key didn’t work 2 different times and when I arrived for checkin I could find an employee for 20 minutes. What do you expect, it’s a Ramada....
