Gary the night shift Representative was very Rude uncompassionate they gave our room to someone else and claimed no room were available, so I proceeded to book online and he lied rooms were available then proceeded to play victim and called law enforcement little did he knows we were prepared they declared him at fault. Very unprofessional very disrespectful Our professional training helped mad this unfortunate situation to end peacefully will file a full complaint for this incident was unacceptable

Avoid!

Thought we would give it a try…should have been warned when you have to drive down a poorly maintained drive, past an abandoned restaurant. The tub in our room was filthy, and it and the appearance that they were trying to hide damage by layers of paint. The floor was sticky. The front desk supervisor got engaged in conversation with some who walked up in the middle of my checkin. The conversation was in a different language, so I could tell if it was an employee or another guest. While this person is standing right at the counter, the clerk clearly stated my room number! Haven’t had anyone do that at a hotel in YEARS! It is always written down for security reasons. Breakfast area has multiple signs saying not to take food back to your room. Then, around 9pm, it sounded like someone was doing construction (pounding nails) either in a neighboring room or the room above. Finally called the front desk, and it did eventually stop. Not at all worth it!

For what they charge per night, i would expect much more. I travel a lot, and this place wasn't worth a third of what they charge. There has been no upgrades or remodeling in at least twenty years. Between kids and adults making noise all night, and the pool being so overcrowded, I got very little sleep, and no relaxation. I definitely do not recommend this hotel. Ratithis one star would be generous.

It is good for a one night stay. Breakfast food is the typical quick breakfast - microwaved hot food(sausage and eggs); cereals; everything white bread & bagel; "fresh" cut up fruits bought from local supermarket left in its original plastic packaging for everyone's hands to pick on. The room was clean - smells musty and old smoke - new hard wood flooring ( a plus to the old carpeted rooms). Bathroom could use some updating; they need to change those towels - thin and suspiciously "clean". Front desk people are not friendly at all. No hello and no how are you? We checked in late - so we were told no rooms clean - yet when he checked to verify paid reservation - a room all of the sudden us available.

Stained sheets, bugs, and chocolate in the bed.

We arrived to a huge puddle in our room from a leak in the ceiling. It was wiped up but nothing was ever done to stop more puddles from forming so we had a puddle we had to hop over through our 4 day stay. We had 4 rooms in total for our group of 17 and we arrived to the hotel to find that the bed sheets in a few of the beds were stained, blankets had hair on them, and one of the pull-out couch beds had Reese's chocolate under the mattress. To cap off our stay, we found a roach in one of the beds as we were cleaning up and packing up. And at least one member of our party reported finding multiple bugs in his bags once he got home. I will not book with Ramada again. The condition we found the rooms in was one thing - but the lack of attention to correct our various problems makes the stay even more unbelievable.
