Villa With Private Pool And Wonderful Views To The "1000 Palm Trees Valley"

Great hotel but needs to treat all its customers fairly. Charging 40 Euros / day for a sunbed cushion (albeit bundled with food & drinks) is a poor way to treat customers !! Staff were very friendly but when we checked in, we were left to find our rooms (5 minute walk away with 3 flights of stairs) ...

Good location and friendly staff except for the men on reception. hotel needs lots of maintenance in rooms and spa area very tired. Food ok but cold if you didn’t go in at start of service and very limited choice.

THB Flora Aparthotel
Were pleasantly surprised with the junior suite size and with amenities in the room. Breakfast was probably the best I’ve had at any hotel abroad and I’ve been to a few. Staff couldn’t of been more helpful if they had tried. Think we will definitely return within the year.!

The room was tidy and clean. The kitchen could have done with some cleaning products such a sponge or dish soap. Even disposable. The pool was in good condition, however the water was still rather cold, given the time of year
