Our room was clean and comfortable and staff helpful, but the room layout was badly planned. You could not see the television from the sofa area. There was no shower screen so we had to have a bath but the soap dispenser fixed to the wall was too far away to reach when seated in the bath.

The WiFi is not good. I had to use my phone to create a hotspot. I didn't have a room that was very far out in the hotel, so was very surprised by this. I have stayed here several times and it has happened before.

It is next to the station, which was very convenient for travelling and about a 15 minute walk to the main strip of Leuven. We were at the front of the hotel and didn't hear any train noise etc."
