We had to go to office to enter our room the key did not work it was a big hassle don’t know if we will be back again we have stayed at this hotel quiet a few times before the ice machine was broke also bad time

The staff was very helpful and kind. They always had a smile and a friendly word for the guests. The two cleaning ladies were a joy to talk to. I will stay at the Super 8 in Hancock, Maryland, any time I am in the area.

Room was clean, though i don't like wall to wall carpet in a room. Everything worked. Staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make sure we were happy. They let us keep our dog with us for extra $10/day..

Great staff & clean room.

The only defect was the loud in room heater. Saying that I’ve stayed there 3 times & will again.
