I was sorry to see the pool is non functional and has been since we were there 5 months previously. I understand renovations are planned, but nothing has changed and the pool could still be used until then. The breakfasts were great with healthy choices and variety each day.

Don't expect hotel management to do anything for u

Refrigerator in the room was making a very loud noise. When we complained to the manager on duty he said just unplug it and we will fix it in the morning. No one ever came to fix it and we had to buy a cooler and put ice in it to keep cold water and pop. When we were leaving we asked about the guarantee on the counter that says : You don't pay if you are not satisfied" Ha Ha Ha big joke. The cashier says call the manager and talk to him. So we called the general manager in the morning who never returned my call.
