Overall the property, resteraunt, and staff were fantastic. My disappoint began when I found a roach in the bathroom of my room. The staff was fantastic and quickly moved me to another room. I selected the hotel as they have an indoor pool. My family and I walk to the pool and find it to be horribly filthy. I complained about the condition to customer relations to which they apologize and offered me 6k reward points. Poor compensation in my opinion for the inconvenience and disappointment of the weekend. I travel several times a year to this area and must say that this was the worst experience I've ever had. I would not recommend.

We are so sorry you had such a terrible experience in our hotel. I am very pleased you were able to enjoy our staffs hospitality as well as our restaurant. WE do have plans in the spring to re-coat and paint the pool and hot tube. Again, we hope hop you accept our apology.

My check in experience was absolutley horrible. Front desk staff was rude, only gave me one key, didn't provide me with my breakfast voucher/ticket... a complete mess

I am so sorry you you had such a negative experience at our hotel. This is certainly unacceptable! While we do have new trainers, there is never an excuse for rude behavior. We hope you will give us another try in the near future!

Nice Hotel - Very Impressed

This was my first time at this hotel, I was extremely impressed with the staff, cleanliness of the rooms, the comfort of the best and the quality food and service. I work in this area alot and normally stay at another chain, but I am going to stay here more often.

A very nice Holiday Inn BUT...

This was a very nice Holiday Inn BUT there were two or three details management could improve upon. The staff was REALLY pleasant, professional and knowledgeable! The second day of my stay my air conditioning unit wasn't working. The front desk staff reacted expediently to rectify the problem. They move me to another room directly across the hall! The other "discrepency" was the front parking lot. There was an abandoned and wrecked limousine that had a look that it has been sitting there for quite sometime. That was a definitely NOT a good look for a hotel of this caliber. Lastly, the beds had a "cheap" feel to them. Not at all what I expected! They felt as if they should belong in a one or two star hotel!

Pros: The Hotel Restaurant food was excellent.
Cons: The breakfast is very good, but not the same quality as the hotel restaurant.
Clean comfortable room, friendly staff, great experience. Convenient to 270.

Great hotel for business travel with the family

We have recently stayed at 2 different Holiday Inn's in the Baltimore area so I was skeptical when my husband's company booked us here. But this hotel is definately different and we were very pleased! The hotel is very nice and the amenities, such as the pool, exercise room and pub were much enjoyed by our kids. But what makes this such a great place is the service. The entire staff is very attentive and friendly and one of the managers, Isidro, is a consummate professional who really understands what the hospitality business is all about. We will definately stay here again.

great service!

Pros: The staff ( see above). Also its proximity to the bus stop where the BWI bus picks up and drops off.
Cons: a lesser cost breakfast - or perhaps a cold buffet in addition to the hot buffet.
Location: centrally located - a short ride to the city center and only about 45 minutes to either Baltimore or DC
I lost my phone on my trip and tow of the employees there were extremely helpful in assisting me with trying to find it. One young man, named Barack, was especially helpful. He must have worked with me on the computer to find it and to contact the person in whose car I might have left it. Very helpful and kind staff there!
