The fire alarm was triggered while we were here (no big deal, just an alarm), which isn’t a problem except the stairwell door wouldn’t open to the lobby without a key card even while the alarm was going off, which is pretty concerning considering a lot of folks didn’t have their keycard in their pyjamas at 22:00."
