I was given a handicapped room at first. The door did not lock and that room was dirty. We let the staff know and he was very accommodating and changed to a more secure cleaner room. After we were moved, we were very satisfied with everything.

We loved this hotel. We only stayed one night but the staff was super friendly and the rooms were very clean. It is a bit away from civilization it felt like but that wasn't a deal breaker.

This is a very well kept property, clean grounds and clear rooms with nice beds. Only problem was Expedia has the check out before noon, but the owner said I was making that up, so we had to pull up the Expedia site and sure enough check in at 2pm check out before noon

"This place was cozy and relaxing. The property is beautiful and feeding the goats was a huge plus for me. Three Rivers State park is literally two minutes away and it’s a wonderful place to spend the day hiking and exploring. The people of Sneads and the surrounding area are sweet and kind.
