The bed was uncomfortable, the pool was freezing, the view out of our window was terrible. Couldn't use the spa no available appointments, even though i booked in advance. Way overpriced. Holiday inn was a lot better

Best Western Plus Jackson Downtown Coliseum
The room was nice and met expectations. The tiny gym had broken equipment. The breakfast area was lower quality than I’ve had at other best westerns. The parking gate was secured at the entrance but remained wide open at the exit.

Red roof ain’t the problem. Yall lying saying you can’t get ahold of the motel to swap my days around when my event got canceled. Just saying I’ve talk to the front desk several times and they answered every time. I do t tho k yall tried. I think yall got my money and screwed me
