Fresh hotel. Excellent service from all the staff. No stale smell. Room was clean and well stocked. The in room coffee was just right. The bed and bedding was fantastically comfortable . The bathroom was very clean and the towels in new condition. When my family visits Jackson we well always stay at this hotel. The parking area in gated. The room key is the access key for entry points. I felt very safe as I traveled alone.

I was not put in a suite like i reserved online & my AC was broken & they refused to accommodate me until around 8am before check out

Convenient off the Interstate

This facility is secure (gated) and I felt safe. It's conveniently located off the interstate. Room was relatively quiet. Has a nice, small pool in the back. Good hot breakfast and consistent WiFi.
