I booked 1 king business room, when i got into my room the tv and phone are not working,so i got transferred to a different room which is for people that needs accessibility, the shower room was so tight that i literally bumped my elbows several times while showering. When i checked out i was charged for business room rate even though i got downgraded to a accessibility room. I just let it go and did not bother to dispute it. beddings were ok, i can hear and feel the spring when moving. was not able to try the free breakfast coz i leave very early in the morning during my stay. Overall the property itself is ok and needs some upgrade and renovation.
