Good experience. Any issues were taken care of right away. It’s a perfect place for an overnight stay. Has the basics met. Not perfect. No ice, internet was sporadic but bed was comfortable.

Location was great! I found an ant on my pillow and counted three spiders in the room. I turned the air, tv and light on and the power kept flickering. When I turned the light off the smoke detector had a flashing green light that was reflecting in the mirror. The toilet area had an odor like a backup I was afraid to take a shower not sure what would happen. I was only going to be there one night and to be honest I would not have stayed a second.

The room was clean. The TV did not work- had to get someone to give instruction. The coffee maker did not work. The office has someone only between checkin hours 3-10. The wifi only worked in the office. Our key did not work one day there was no one in the office to rekey it. Fortunately housekeeping was there and opened the door. The phone number in the office to call for help does not work. We will not stay here again.

Arrived late due to traveling. Keys on counter waiting for us. No contact with any staff. TV did not work in room and no trash can anywhere. Working mini fridge. It's a dated property but great location. Hot Tub may have worked but didn't open until afternoon, never got to use. Unimpressed, won't stay again.
