We arrived a little bit early and were allowed to check in early which we appreciated very much especially since it was raining outside. The view out the window of the lake is very nice. It’s close to town so it’s convenient for shopping and dining. When we came back, there was a very large black bear in the parking lot outside our door. Thankfully, our car scared it away unfortunately, I didn’t get a picture before it ran.

The place was easy to access off the main road. This property has no lobby or staff on site. Everything is done through text. The rooms were clean. This is an older establishment. No frills, but met our needs.

It’s very cheap, and for good reason. The room smelled very musty/moldy. The bed was comfortable but they need to upgrade the sheets/bedding because the “comforter” was pathetically thin and barely covered the bed. If you want something really cheap and are staying for a weekend and are used to motels that meet the bare minimum, then go for it, if not, I’d stay somewhere else

Ketchenette disaster.

Broken dishes and trash in the kitchenette area, broken window, dirty floors and dishes. Wasnt sure if sheets were ever changed. Outlets did not work.

Unit wasn’t ready to check in until 6 pm. There were no glassess, so no way to get a drink. No Kleenex. Half the light sockets had no light bulbs. Top of the dresser was sticky. My wallet stuck to it. Front door has a gap between it and the door frame big enough for a chipmunk to get through. Booked 2 nights checked out after the first night. We would like some sort of compensation for the second night.

It was a perfect place for a weekend get away. Absolutely worth the price! Saw a mama and baby moose in the front yard area of our room. Nice family running the place. Beautiful view of the lake. Trails aplenty and nearby. Charming.

They stated in my email that they would send a code to get into the place. I never received a code and there was no one that answered the phone to ask for assistance. We never were able to stay there that night because we couldn't get in.

Great place if you’re looking to stay near the par

What a cozy little place! It was very clean, but everything is pretty much out of date. No smells. Allows pets. Great view of the mountains. You have to let the water run for quite a while before it turns hot. The walls are pretty thin so you can hear pretty much everything outside and in the rooms next-door. But beyond that, you pull right in front of your door so it’s extremely convenient. We ended up staying a second night because of the proximity of the national park. Great price and excellent hospitality.
