Everything at the hotel was perfect with the exception of the Check In at our arrival: While everything during our stay was perfect, the check-in process was unfortunately not up to par. Upon our arrival, the front desk employee was rude and seemed to make me feel guilty for arriving late. Our flight had been delayed, and due to lack of phone reception on the airplane, we were unable to communicate with the hotel. We had to wait over 25 minutes in the lobby while he was busy preparing and printing a report, despite there being no other guests waiting. It felt as though we were being punished for our late arrival. The only reason we were finally checked in was that I took the initiative to approach the counter and inquire about our situation, at which point he casually mentioned, “Oh, my report just finished.” Having visited and worked at various Hilton locations both nationwide and internationally, I have always considered Hilton to prioritize customer service. Sadly, this particular evening, it seemed as if that was not the case.

The staff was very nice only they put children next to us that was an injoining room so we could hear everything. They were jumping and banging walls and screaming and fighting. I do believe their parents left them behind. Asked for a lake view and got the bridge view. Only hot water we had was the shower no where else. Rooms do need a lot of updating and hallways needs to be painted. Will not be staying there again.

The hotel was underwhelming, the pictures definitely made it look a lot nicer than it actually was. The room kinda smelled like rotten eggs and the bed had a dirty napkin inside the sheets. I had to call house keeping to change out the sheets.

I was at this hotel for 6 days & nights for a conference and to be honest, I expected a lot more from this hotel. The facility is fairly outdated in many rooms with parts that need to be repaired or updated. In the room that I was in for the week, the carpet appeared to be well frayed and the drapes were dirty. The conference rooms were constantly cold, particularly during the last 2 days of the conference, even the facilitators commented on how cold the spaces were. The hotel restaurant wasn't capable of handling the large number of conference attendees and although there were several restaurants within a 5 mile walk, most of the adjacent restaurants also seemed to struggle with the capacity of attendees. The larger, public restrooms appeared to be poorly maintained with several instances of seeing water on the floor next to toilets or toilets being out of order. The best thing about this stay was the helpful and positive interactions with some of the hotel staff as they were very friendly. For the cost, I would not be able to recommend this hotel to others.

Check in not so good as without saying anything the guy checking us walked away went behind a closed door? Did not ask for a Handicapped room but was put in one. Only 1 remote of the 2 remotes would turn the TV’s on. Parking was on Level 4 east end of the building and you walk in on 3rd Floor of Hotel and our room was on west end of building 6th Floor. It made for a lot of walking and elevator rides. I could hear the people in next room talking.

Clean plumping needed!

The lobby and most of the main floor smelt of sewage backup for our entire stay. Fully booked hotel so hot water was scarce. Very dated furniture and decor. But everyone we spoke with was very kind and helpful. If only they were plumbers.
