"One of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed out. The bed was very comfortable. I was on the 7th floor and my view was unobstructed. Super quiet even though it’s located in a mall off the highway. Large suite and large bathroom. Beautiful experience. Would definitely stay here anytime I could. "

"Unique private apartment in a great location near Cross County Mall, Empire Casino, and easy access to many local colleges. Private offstreet parking a big plus! Felt safe and secure all weekend. Although decor was dated, everything was clean. Great shower with soft water. Wi-Fi and access to multiple streaming platforms really great too! Thank you to our host, Brian! "

"Lack of communication for check in, property was nasty, couch smell like feet, cat pee smell in building. Bathroom smell of mildew. No closets, dirty glasses in cabinet My first and last booking. I’m very disappointed! "

"We thought we rented the entire property, but was half of it. expect a lot of stairs. No bath tubs but two showers. some door knobs and locks need maintenance, but overall nice clean rooms."

"Horrible. When we got there day of for our booking. They didn’t send us a code for the door and we were locked out for hours. It took the neighbors to contact them for them to call us and tell us that our side lost power in the morning yet they didn’t want to message us and let us know before hand and wasted our time. So we were searching for hours for a hotel to stay at because most of them couldn’t fit a group our size.Also the address on the booking is not the actual address it was the house next to it so we woke up and inconvenienced a family as well. Overall this the people who manage this booking was lazy and extremely unprofessional. I’m surprised we even got our refund."
