"Excellent customer service, breakfast ladies and workers were so kind and helpful, gr8 location, word of advise, could be better if the rooms equipped with side table lamp as lighting wasn't good enough...also if facial tissue box / napkin available in the room..."

"Our check in started a bit rocky due to some housekeeping issues and not receiving the same room we had booked online, but after discussing with staff, they went above and beyond to make up for it. This hotel is quite amazing, the staff were very helpful and friendly, and the restaurant and spa were good. You can be as busy as you want to be with all the excursions offered, or as relaxed as you want to be here right at the hotel, we had a mix of both and it was a great experience. I would recommend this hotel and if you can get the Presidential Suite, it is the coolest room we have stayed in for quite some time."

"Great, spacious room. Within walking distance from the heart of the town, and even to the Göreme Open Air Museum. The hotel has one of the highest terraces in the city, where we watch beautiful sunrises, while enjoying some food and cocktails. The personnel were very cordial and helpful. Ask them for anything and they’ll solve it for you."
