"Rooms are sparse, other than shampoo and conditioner there were no toiletries so plan accordingly. Everyone who worked there was lovely but the space was a bit shabby and depressing and there was a bit of a musty odor in the hallway."

"No hot water for showers when we checked in. Then had no WiFi. Front desk had me call their WiFi service to figure it out. Really? I think that should have been the hotel's responsibility. When we would leave room and return key card wouldn't work so would have to go back down to front desk to get it fixed. The bed was not very clean (around edge of mattress and near headboard) lots of built up hair. Bathroom was the same (hair)."
