When we arrived to check in we were informed that the water main had broken. The young woman at the desk was extremely polite, professional and patient dealing with myself and the growing number of guests. I cannot recommend more that she should be recognized for her outstanding effort.

I have stayed before and loved it. It’s very clean with a really good breakfast. But this time the heater would not work and couldn’t get internet to work. The lady working front desk was only one working at night and she did her best to help

Nice, clean hotel although you have to drive back between 2 older motels that appear to being updated. We walked the area after the staff confirmed the area was safe. There’s a terrific Pho restaurant nearby that I’d highly recommend.

The hotel was very pleasant and met our needs. The floors were quiet, the accommodations were nice and clean, and it appeared to be dog-friendly. The staff was professional, helpful, and friendly. The breakfast was good, offering many options, and the presentation and upkeep were pleasing. We would recommend this establishment for families, couples, and those traveling with pets.
