When we arrived to check in we were informed that the water main had broken. The young woman at the desk was extremely polite, professional and patient dealing with myself and the growing number of guests. I cannot recommend more that she should be recognized for her outstanding effort.

This was my 3rd time here. The staff and management are great. Rooms are cozy and clean. The courtyard is a lot of fun with a putting green and giant chess board.

The property itself is good, outside the parking lot and to get to hotel was sketchy. I would have felt better if there was security in parking lot. It was not safe to walk off property. My room was clean, although there was left over food in the mini fridge. I simply threw it away and cleaned the fridge. But fire pit and pool was nice.

Nice place to stay.

I have stayed here a few times as I go to Augusta every month. Prices has recently increase on the hotel that makes it no longer affordable. The hotel is very nice and breakfast is just ok.

It was disgusting that at the breakfast area, they allowed dogs to be there. Disgusting, keep the dog in your room while you eat , dumb people.
