Great staff (Nathan at reception), lovely decor and room, free croissants were a nice touch but the bedroom was way too hot! And woke me and my partner up a couple times as the heating was set to 19 degrees/kept turning itself back on.

Room was very clean, hotel is lovely. The staff were friendly and quick to help. The breakfast buffet was well appointed, options for everyone! So many amenities in walking distance and easy to get transport around Belfast.
