First of all, I should say that I have been obsessed with Titanic history since I was a girl, so there was no choice to make when visiting Belfast as staying in the Titanic hotel was a must. The staff was exceptional, the building beautifully renovated and history respected, and breakfast was great. There were a few minor complaints I would share that makes my overall rating “OK” as I don’t think the value with regards to cost was there. The bathroom could be cleaner—it was apparent the caulking around the bathtub was in need of cleaning or replacing; there was also no hairdryer as the listing indicated there to be. Love the brand of toiletries provided and the bed was overall comfortable. Our room lacked and information about the building and/or amenities, restaurant offerings, etc. All the staff we encountered were polite and beyond helpful, the breakfast was excellent. Do note that there really isn’t anything to do in the Titanic quarter aside from the museum as it is still very much being developed, so be prepared to order an Uber to town. The building was charming and we loved wandering. We would absolutely stay again, the price is just steep for the quality.

Pro: the hotel was thoughtfully designed and used it's history well. Con: minor, the in room coffee service was only partially replaced for the second morning.

We really enjoyed our stay! The only thing that we were disappointed in was that our room wasn't ready until 1 hour after check in. We bought our tickets to Titanic anticipating that we could check in and freshen up before going (just got off the plane) but it wasn't possible.

Great potential, plenty of room for improvement

My cousin and I were very excited to stay here, my cousin especially as she is a big Titanic fan, but we were very, very underwhelmed. The rooms were below average and the restaurant staff needs more training. We had lunch in the bar area and waited nearly 20 minutes for water. It's safe to say, we won't be back!
