Staff was very nice. Room was a good size & comfortable. The hallway was quite dark though. I’m assuming that was to give it a “ship” feeling…
Staff were very friendly. Bar was very relaxing and had a good selection.
TV in the room was particularly frustrating as we wanted to have a chilled evening and watch TV. The TV kept freezing. When this was raised with reception the response was “yes we are having a problem due to the storm on Friday” that didn’t help outlet stay!
We loved our visit to the Titanic Hotel.
The rooms were spotless, beds were comfy, towels soft and dressing gowns fluffy.
Heating/ Air Con was easy to use too
The staff were great and couldnt do enough for us.
My mother and I had a wonderful stay at the Titanic Hotel. I highly recommend it. The atmosphere the staff, all top notch. Our room had a beautiful view and comfortable bed. Staff were great and friendly. I hope to come back soon
Everything about the propety was first class, close to the airport, very handy for the titanic museum, from the time we arrived, to the time we left we were made to feel important and welcomed. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were amazing and couldnt do enough to help you . Will definatly be returning and recomending to family and freinds. Thank you to all the staff
Absolutely superb hotel, a museum in its own right. Sitting having dinner in the very same room as the men who designed the Titanic over 100 years previously was an amazing feeling. The hotel has been beautifully restored with many of the rooms fitted out as they were over 100 years ago when it was the Harland & Wolf offices. Quite simply one of the best hotels i have stayed in anywhere and literally 50 metres from where the Titanic was built. Highly recommended.
The property is absolutely beautiful and is one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever visited. The afternoon tea was perfect with some of the most delicious things I’ve eaten. Breakfast was extremely expensive (we thought the tray charge of 5 pounds was the price since nothing else was listed and were surprised with a $70 bill). Aside from that, absolutely perfect honeymoon trip. They were so good to us!
