This stay exceeded my expectations! We had a large, comfortable room that was very clean, modern and beautiful decorated. The a/c works very well which is something important to someone from the southern states. The hotel felt like a museum within itself, so many rooms to explore. The detail they put into this hotel was the best part. The only negative part of my stay was dining in Wolff Grill. The food was decent but the service was terrible. I wouldn’t dine there if I ever stayed again. It wasn’t enough to diminish the rest of the great stay I had though. Would highly recommend!

Booked three rooms - all were nice but one in particular had floor to ceiling window with views over the lough. Mentioned that my daughter was graduating and a congratulations message was left in her room which was a lovely touch. Used the open top bus to get around on one day and Ubers the rest of the stay as it’s not really a pleasant walk into the city centre. Very convenient for the titanic experience. Have stayed elsewhere other visits to Belfast and would say that the welcome and staff at the titanic are amongst the best.

Great room; not impressed with staff at the bar.

This is a beautiful. The room was fantastic. High ceilings, lovely bed, super comfortable. Our issue was the bar and the breakfast the next day. In the bar, 2 staffers were kissing, hugging, being playful with each other as we sat at the bar trying not to notice. Super unprofessional. The breakfast the next day was confusing. Not very well explained. Ate off the menu, but got other items at the buffet - customer service was horrible. We got there and most the food was gone from the buffet and not refilled. Bad experience for a pricey breakfast. Loved our room, but the staffing in the bar/restaurant need some revised training, badly.

Overpriced but fine

Very overpriced. The rooms were fine, there was mould on the shower screen and around the bath. Housekeeping tried to usher us out of the room around 9.45am when checkout was 11am. Paid £10 for fake rose petals and another £10 for a fruit platter which only comprised of an apple, an orange, a banana and some grapes which had withered and some resembled grapes. No breakfast tea available, only camomile in rooms, clearly they want you to pay for a cup of tea. Air conditioning unit very loud. The restaurant was good, but overall the hotel was overpriced and not worth the markup.

On the second day of our stay the room was not serviced the waste bins were overflowing and the the bed was not made also the toiletries were not replenished in the bathroom, we also had to request replacements for the tea bags and milk. My wife found it difficult to use the hair dryer as the plug was to far away from the mirror.

The Titanic Hotel itself is beautiful with delicious food and drinks and nicely furnished rooms. My room initially didn't have the amenities it was supposed to so I had to go back down to get a different room. They apologized and changed it so back up I went to the new room, which was lovely and had a display of fruit and treats. This was lovely except there was a card with a different name on it. I called down to tell them so they came and took it all away. It was clear the staff was disorganized or really poorly trained. Staff stayed unhelpful throughout the rest of the stay.
