Magnolia House just underwent an extensive remodel and is completely updated with all the things to love! The brick, ranch-style home sits on a private 2-acre lot located a near numerous regional attractions. This cozy home is perfect for napping, cooking, reading your favorite book, or watching a ballgame. The large covered patio is designed for outdoor living with a TV, grill, dining area, and fire pit. Some of our nearby attractions include; Mammoth Cave National Park, Barren River Lake, Kenny’s Farmhouse Cheese, and the National Corvette Museum/Motor Sports Park, and more. This property is perfect for recreational boaters and fishermen with ample parking and turnarounds. There are many wonderful restaurants in the area that offer dine-in and take-out. A list of recommendations will be provided via a digital guidebook upon booking.

Clean and inviting

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. House was clean and well appointed. We all commented on how it looked like it was decorated by Joanna Gaines. Close to boat ramp and Barren River. Great kitchen for preparing meals.

Great home away from home!

Home was the perfect place to stay and plenty of room to park a boat. The location was just minutes from the lake and minutes from town. Spotless clean, updated everything, and great AC on several 90 plus degree days.

Lake weekend stay!

This was the perfect set up for our family lake weekend stay. Shelby was so accommodating and quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. The house was clean and inviting. Will definitely book again if we come back.

Peaceful setting just outside of town yet close for dining and area attractions. Clean and well kept. Comfortable for our family of 5 adults 4 young kids. The host is very responsive and communicates quickly though we did not need to reach out during our stay. Would not hesitate to stay again if in the area.

The Magnolia House is a beautiful place to stay. Perfect location for peace and quiet as well as tons of attractions. The house is equipped with a beautiful kitchen, lovelt bed rooms and a cozy outdoor sitting area. Both my parents and children loved the stay.

Nice and Cozy place to stay

If you are looking for a vacation home around Lake City, KY then this is a great place to stay. Rooms were clean and nicely maintained. It has some fantastic view from the front porch. The host Shelby was very accommodative and responsive. She used to provide responses to all the queries quickly. I would definitely recommend to stay in this place.
