The Space:
G693 is a one bedroom with loft condo located on the 4th floor of Gearhart House. Great ocean view from your private deck. Main bedroom has a King bed. The loft has 2 twins. Bathroom has only a walk-in shower, NO TUB. There is not a woodstove in this condo. We do suggest that nobody under the age of 5 stay in the unit as there are open stairs to the loft and the loft only has a half wall.
Just a few moments stroll to the beach.
This unit has basic cookware, dishes, and silverware available. We do not provide oil, seasoning, or any other additional items. Microwave and drip coffee machine in the unit.
**Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, this includes the patio areas, balconies and common areas**
You must be 21 to RESERVE and CHECK-IN
NO PETS ALLOWED!
Gearhart House guests have access to an indoor heated pool, hot tub and exercise room

Vacation get away
This place had a beautiful view, easy check in. For the most part it was pretty clean.
We did extra cleaning on the shower and the bedroom was dusty.
But the rest of the place was clean and comfortable.
I would definitely stay again

People and view made the trip! No weatherstrip around the door to exterior. Furniture dated and dirty. Carpet gross! Would not stay there again!😞

Gearhart by the Sea is GREAT!!
We had a wonderful time in Gearhart. The town is charming, the condo had amazing views of the ocean and was an easy walk to the beach. We highly recommend staying here.
