Had not realized it is the only hotel in Bath that has access to the hot mineral springs. Just got back from our stay could have done with a fridge . And Netflix all so shower kept flooding and heating to hot to sleep know widows to get fresh air but other then that it was a nice hotel

Check in was prompt, and the staff were friendly and professional. Room was nice, had an iron, ironing board, hair dryer and tea/coffee. Breakfast was very good. Would definitely stay there again.

The affordability of the hotel made the trip possible. Room is small but not squished and makes excellent use of space. Everything is very good quality. Lots of lovely touches like wine and cheese at reception. Very central so a great base to explore.
