I checked in at the resort lobby. The clerk was helpful in providing directions to the unit and the parking pass. I was just there for a short, overnight stay. It was clean with plenty of towels. The location is across from the beach and very convenient to both grocery stores and restaurants. I wasn't able to get the WiFi to connect, but there could have been issues across the island because I also had trouble at the convention center. The only other concerns were the toilet and the iron. The toilet works, but it's older and you have to hold the flush. The iron turned on, but had a severed cord, so it didn't actually heat. Air conditioning works well and so does the water pressure in the shower!
