Whether you’re looking for a family getaway, girl's trip or a romantic weekend. This charming coastal chic cottage with a tranquil backyard including a fire pit, has what you’re looking for. Located in a peaceful neighborhood with bay view and access to fishing and kayaking. Centrally located to the beach, Strand area, Moody Garden and Pleasure Pier.

THE SPACE:
Welcome to the Blue-bay Cottage! As the name tells we are close to the Bay. Ideal for fishing and kayaking and evening walks. The house was built in 2012 with 2 bedrooms both with queen size beds. 1 full size bathroom. Full size and equipped kitchen with breakfast area and bar chairs. The house interior is a mix of vintage and modern decor and wall paintings.
Tropical front and tranquil back yard.

The house was perfect for my Mom and I for a few days. It was a very quiet neighborhood. The backyard was wonderful for sitting out in the evenings. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Regine was super informative and responded to questions very quickly!!! We would definitely stay again!!!

This was a very cute, clean, and well stocked home. We drove in very late and were excited to see how lit up the property was for our arrival. Getting in was easy. The A/C worked well and beds were comfortable. We were grateful at how stocked the place was. There were more than enough towels and washcloths for 4 people, extra actually. It was a very short trip for us and we didn’t have lots of pre planning time. I forgot coffee but they had packets for all 3 mornings for us. There was even extra detergent to wash our beach towels. The neighborhood is older, but felt safe. The house is higher so it gave an extra feel of security too. Close to everything we needed. The home is exactly like the pictures. I did chat with the owner before the trip and she was very helpful and responded quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing stay

The host was really easy to communicate with and very hospitable. Backyard was gorgeous so full of life. Interior was very welcoming as well. Check in was a breeze and even had some waters in the refrigerator for us! Thank you for such a welcoming home away from home.

Great vacay beach house!

We had a great stay at this beach house for our beach vacation for spring break! Quiet neighborhood, great location, loved the house and decor! Love the layout as well. Regine is a fantastic host! We actually ended up staying longer than we planned because our kids were having just so much fun! Definitely recommend.

Lone star rally

Great location for anywhere you want to go in Galveston. Boulevard, the strand, the sea wall, 61st street it’s all within reason! The beds were comfortable, backyard was a cute retreat, has all amenities, handicap friendly if needed, one car driveway but parking on the street is accessible. Quiet neighborhood and we have no complaints! Will stay here again!
