Best in Jacksonville

Whether you are in town for concert, sports, or just for a vacation the Hyatt is best around. Centrally located with ample parking. Great food options inside the hotel. My only destination when I’m in Jacksonville.

The hotel was very nice, staff were friendly and our room was in a quiet area. Parking was across the street, a little difficult to figure out how to exit as we started out with no exit signs.

Overall my visit was fantastic. A couple of things that were not great were the beds & WiFi connection. The beds were stiff. It was hard to sleep. The WiFi wouldn’t work for me after I went to the front desk and asked how to access it.

The service in the lobby was nice, the lobby is nice and a bit elegant, but the rooms, which are where you stay, are old, not remodeled, the carpets are old, the bathroom with the small, old toilet, they did not do room service, they did not change towels, it is not a room that you expect in a 4 star hotel.
