Conveniently located across from Bayside station. Property showing signs of wear and tear and could use a facelift, otherwise wonderful stay in a huge room! After all the small Japanese hotel rooms we’ve stayed in this was an extravagant treat!

A very reputable Japanese hotel chain with a disappointed service is the simplest way to describe this hotel. The bell service did not help to load baggages in my car. The service in general was sub par at best

Very easy access to Disney Sea. Large and spacious room/bathroom. All amenities there, did not have to bring a thing. Breakfast was great. Also light meal in the evening. Loved the convenience of to-go option, so I could eat in my room. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic huge room with amazing service and great staff. Spacious and confortable with everything you need. The location couldn’t be better, right in front of the monorail bayside station. If you are heading early to the parks, you dont need to wait for a bus to take you to the station or if you are coming back you can just cross the street and you will be at the hotel.

Had a fantastic 6 nights stay at this hotel. I was very lucky to have my room upgraded by the lovely staff without me even asking for anything, which was both a delightful surprise and an amazing experience. The hotel is part of the Disney Resorts family, which makes it very convenient if you are looking to stay close to Disney without necessarily booking the Disneyland Hotel or the Fantasy Springs Hotel. Overall I would definitely stay there again and I highly recommend this establishment.

This place have options to transfer to Maihama station, Bayside station (disney trains), Haneda airport and Narita Airport. Also they don't have adapters for NEMA 5-15 so you need to buy one in Japan like Don Quite or just bring your own. They do have USB to wall converter though The downside is they don't run very late and so you need to plan ahead. They do have access to Maihama and so if you wanted to get some disney Shopping done at ikspiari and Bon Voyage then it is a free trip to and from Maihama station. If you miss the last bus from Bayside station, you can walk to the Hotel since it is right across the street. I would say the downside for many of the properties around Disney Tokyo Resort is the lack of late night dining, so you have no options unless you want to take a taxi to some of the 24 hours spots in Tokyo.

What I like about this property is that it is reasonably priced and convenient to Disneysea and Disneyland. You can also purchase tickets at the counter but based on availability. There are 3 restaurants and they open till 9 or 10pm, but if you are planning your day at the park all day then you won't have many options for food so plan ahead. Sadly, like many Disney properties, this place don't have many Sushi options. It cost money to go to and from the park since you need to take their Disney trains and you should either bring cash(Recommended always when traveling to Japan) or carry a Suica card with you There isn't much outside of this since there isn't many available but they have a few employees that speaks good English, but are only available during daytime. The rooms itself are nice but based on the carpet in my room, I would say the carpets are a bit old and outdated. However, overall the rooms are excellent and their bathrooms are big! If you are staying here just keep snacks and stock up on to go dinners.

Property is outdated, Sharp TV with dvd player and 4-5 local channels, limited amenities, suite smelled like smoke, prison mattress, light in bathroom illuminated entire room- odd structural choice. Refrigerator in room was extra small for a suite, water was limited, shuttle service to Disney parks involved the longest wait time. We waited in a line while surrounding hotels came and went. Great location, good staff, poor accommodations.
