Hotel is a little older and in need of some updates. Room was clean but needed new flooring tile in bathroom as it was cracked and loose, carpet appeared to be dirty and one of the chairs in the room had very bad wear with something spilled all over it. Bed was comfortable and linens were clean. Breakfast was great with lots to things to pick from.

My experience at Comfort Inn & Suites Frisco - Plano was very disappointing. When I first checked in, the room had a bad smell and there was a dog barking loudly in the room across the hall, making it hard to relax. I went to the front desk, and they kindly changed my room, but the second one was even worse. It also had a strong odor, and the curtains were visibly covered with mold or mildew. The bathroom was clean, but the overall condition of the room felt unhealthy and poorly maintained. This was not the level of cleanliness or comfort I expected from this hotel brand. I hope management takes this seriously and improves the room maintenance and cleanliness standards for future guests.

The room is in need of an actual cleaning. We found socks in the freezer, mold accroos the walls in the bathrrom, dust everywhere, and a baggage tag in the refrigerator from a previous guest. You can not telll me they cleaned the room in-between guest. Absolutely not worth the price we paid.
