Great stay

Every thing was fantastic, there was an issue of kids banging on doors drunk in the middle of the night. My mom said I was so tired I slept through it. But apparently they woke several guests up.

Everything was great! Check-in was super easy - room was very large and super clean. I was always greeted anytime I walked by the front desk and breakfast was simple but always good!

This property is conveniently located and the first impression is good. However the sink and tub were very slow to drain. We I took my shower I stood in soapy water almost to my ankles. The bottom of the tub looked yellowed from being backed up so often. The room was now lighted well. Needs task lighting over the microwave and over the coffee area. Otherwise the room was clean and furnished well.

Smells BAD

The first room was by the elevator & was very noisy. The second room smelled of dog and was BAD!! The phone did not worked so I used my cellphone to call the front desk. I was told someone would fix the phone & spray the room the next day. It did NOT happen.

I felt unsafe, the side entry door did not close all the way which gives access to anyone without a key. On the back side of the parking area, there were homeless people asleep at night by the bushes. The hallways looked like had never been vacuumed. Random man walking through the hotel never went into a room just walked to the pool and back out, no one from the front available to see him and ask him if he needed help. We paid 75 pet fee and was put in "The Pet Room" my small 5 lb dog does not even smell close to what that room smelled like. Not fair to put us in a room that is designated for pets, not all pets stink like that room did.

The breakfasts were really good with differing main egg dishes each day. The beds were comfy though at 107 degrees took a bit to get the room cool down. The only issue was that the ac was extremely loud

Great rooms with plenty of space for us. Front desk gentleman who checked us in was very nice. The kids enjoyed the waffles each morning. This hotel is close to all the best restaurants and shopping we could have ever wanted!

Hotel was conveniently located in Frisco. Clean room and friendly staff. Only knock was the pool was closed on the 2nd day we were there. With 2 kids, that was a huge disappointment as we look for hotels with nice pools to entertain them. A refund of some kind would have been nice.
