Perfect location for walking to explore city, room was very nice and staff very helpful with any request Only complaint was shampoo was a combo shampoo conditioner and didn’t feel like it rinsed well so left hair feeling heavy, I would stay again and just bring my own shampoo 😀

I have stayed at this Hotel a number of times and also been completely satisfied... one minute from the Promenade des amglais, and approx' ten minutes walk from the tram stop on Avenue Jean Medecin.... and also has a fantastic "Penthouse" ...
