2 bedroom duplex, stayed in December

The good: Bottle of my daughter’s favorite wine on the dining table when we arrived. The beds were really comfortable. I slept 9 hours my first day! The shower had some wonderful hot water. The heater worked well. Bottled water in frig and beside coffee maker. (Fredericksburg water is not good.) The furniture is comfortable and retro. The interesting: We were told since we were staying at the “Loft” that we had to park on the street. The listing states we can park in the driveway. No, the driveway is for the other unit (think duplex), and the residence is on a big curve with speeding vehicles. Annoying The toilet should be flushed before or while you are on the toilet. The bowl fills up. Then you flush AGAIN to actually flush the toilet. Took us a few times before we figured that quirk out. Use the 5g Wi-Fi. The 2g we couldn’t get to work. The not so great: the floors were freezing. I suggest wearing slippers when inside when it’s cold outside. Socks and bare feet, painful.

Great Weekend Getaway

Loved staying here for a weekend trip to visit the wineries in Fredericksburg! The house was clean and quiet. We were within a 5 minute drive of all the shops and restaurants. I will definitely be staying here again when I come to Fredericksburg

Perfect VRBO for a Fredericksburg Stay

Stayed here for a wedding weekend in Fredericksburg with a friend. This VRBO was a clean and comfortable spot to return to after festivities. Great water pressure, beds, and amenities. The hosts are very helpful. I accidentally left my ipad there after leaving town and they mailed it to me within a couple days. I would highly recommend this stay for anyone looking to visit Fredericksburg. 10/10

Fun weekend

The house was perfect! Great location. Close to Main Street and short drive to wineries. The backyard was beautiful, enjoyed drinking our morning coffee on the patio. Would recommend and stay again in the future.
