Experience a unique piece of Fredericksburg history in this 1929 Craftsman Estate! This complex features a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home, PLUS a detached studio suite with a full bath. The Estate offers plenty of amenities and conveniences, making it the perfect getaway for families or friends.

Located just a few blocks from historic downtown Main St., this original Craftsman build features one King bed and one Queen bed, a washer/dryer exclusively for guest use, a full kitchen with original built-in cabinetry, and two full baths, one with an antique clawfoot tub, and the other with a brand new walk-in shower in the main bungalow. The back suite, known as the Wash House features a studio style layout with a Queen bed, a mini kitchen, a full bath with a walk-in shower, and a seating area with dining table and Streaming TV.

Outside is a fully fenced, completely private courtyard with a private hot tub and backyard area, perfect for you, SO you can experience Fredericksburg in style at this convenient little bungalow!

Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Raccoons, Squirrels, Possum, Birds (including Hawks), ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while they are outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. This includes but is not limited to: ants, snakes, spiders, scorpions, beetles/roaches/water-bugs, mice, or flies.

- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.
