Kinda disappointed;I guess 'accessible ' and 'handicap accessible ' dont necessarily mean the same thing. The room coulda been more user friendly for handicapped people. A other thing I can check off my 'bucket list' of disappointments.

My room is an accessible room which I didn’t ask for nor need and it’s on the first floor right next to the bar/ restaurant so it’s very loud. The room is very dirty, I even clean two spiders. And parking beams right into our bedroom. The cherry on top is again the dirty room that has urine stains around the toilet, locks of hair ( not mine) in the shower that I needed to remove. Under different circumstances, I would’ve asked for a different room, but the front desk receptionist who checked us in wasn’t friendly. I didn’t complain, I just won’t return to this particular location. My embassy service is typically top notch.

PROS: Able to check in a little early, nice sized suite, breakfast was great. CONS: Booked a King Suite, but they gave me a double queen suite. Given 2 key cards, only one worked. Cleanliness of the property public areas (pool) and in-room left something to be desired.
