Good hotel from 2000s, good stay, friendly chaotic

Nice, relatively large room with balcony, quiet, good beds, good stay, zero critical observations. Hotel is from 2000s, is in overall good condition, approaches the point where some fresh paint or light renovation could lift things from good to real good. Staff was friendly, did not do anything wrong - in some situations, it appeared to me that people were not massively experienced or a bit insecure in their role. Like the reception lead discussions the colleagues potential mistakes or the restaurant staff trying to take every single thing from your table when it appeared you may no longer need it. But overall a good experience - just a bit more chaotic, compared to more premium houses. Breakfast was okay, some highlights, some mediocre parts. Not bad, but not a breakfast temple. E.g. no real selection of fruits, only basics. Sliced sausages felt like basic supermarket material. Yet good quality on most other areas / decent selection. Overall okay but I would price it below 19eur in my value perception.

The room was spacious and quiet. It also included a patio. The television and air conditioning worked well. Some downsides: the carpet looked dirty and stained and a lot of bugs got in from the outside, which forced us to keep the windows closed and use the air conditioning. Previous guests must have had similar troubles because we found things like dead bugs in curtains. To be clear, all of the bugs were nucense bugs, not bugs to fear.

Beautiful, comfortable hotel with friendly and professional staff! The nearby grocery store is convenient! The nearby streetcar stop is very convenient! It can take you to some underground train lines in less than 10 minutes, and to the central train station in less than 15 minutes!

Very rundown and old, stained carpets, dusty windows and smelly corridors. The Ac in the room did not cool nor did the small refrigerator. Saggy mattress, very uncomfortable. The hotel needs a real revamp. We only bore this as this hotel was closest to the residence of the family we were visiting. Charged me 50 Euros for parking overnight from 2100 to 0900, that's daylight robbery. Breakfast was average, no change in the two days we stayed. The staff at the reception as well as the breakfast were very helpful. The only positives were its location, very close to the tram and S bahn station, also Taxi stand just outside the hotel entrance.

The hotel overall was very good. Nice choices at breakfast . Very clean and modern . The staff were friendly and welcoming and all spoke a little English. The location is quiet but a long way out of town and no puds or restaurants within walking distance.

Great location for Messe visitors

Stayed the first time there for an annual fare I’m always attending. Location is great, especially if your event is in hall 8 or 9. Just a short walk over a pedestrian bridge. Hotel isn’t new, but well maintained. Very friendly reception staff, had also one breakfast staff also friendly, good selection, not sure it’s worth the price though. Would normally give 5 stars, but had to deduct one because of their coffee policy. If you stay one night or five, you get four Nespresso like capsules, if you want more you need to pay 50 cent. Thats not matching their good standard and I feel unnecessary.

Definitely nice enough for a one night stay but the room was very hot - I had the air con on cold all night and was still boiling. Not too much traffic noise from the road, which had been a concern beforehand.

I loved my stay here! The room was nice and clean, with a comfy bed. Savvy, friendly, multilingual staff. Good selection for breakfast, bar service at night. Gym and sauna. The area around the hotel is quiet. The hotel itself is just a few steps away from a grocery store and many restaurants, and a streetcar stop that will take you to the central train station in 10 minutes (it will also take you to two underground train lines along the way). There is almost always a taxi waiting next to the hotel, which is convenient if you're in a hurry. There is plenty of space in the underground parking area. I strongly recommend this hotel!

Good to stay

Good location and room is clean . There are balcony each room but balcony is not cleaned well . If housekeeping keep clean it , my evaluation will be really better. Good breakfast , very good staff . Price is reasonable compare than other hotel near Messe area. I could find free parking space near the hotel .
