Love the hard surface floors in a hotel. Carpet never seems to be clean. My biggest complaint is the pillows. They were flat as a pancake. Usually there are multiple so you have options between flat and fluffy but all the pillows were flat. I struggled to sleep.

Late check in person was very unfriendly. They ran short on bath towels . No extra blanket / ice bucket in the room- not a Fan of freshening the room every other day . Platform bed corners are very sharp . Elevator signage is wierd - the elevator number is much larger than the floor - ie the number 2 elevator is confusing which floor you stop at

Having the promised price through the app used to book the room would be nice. Then I arrived the price increased and didn’t match what I booked. Check in time was at 3:00 PM. I arrived at 4:00 PM and my room wasn’t ready. Also no power at 3:00 AM. I don’t even think this rating should even be 3 stars. I’m being kind enough to give that. I definitely will never be back or recommend this hotel.

The property and the room were extremely clean The lobby store had a large selection of items. The breakfast was very good and well maintained.

First the positives. Newer. Clean. Good gym. Basic but nice room. Negatives. Downstairs bar crowd can create late-night wake-up noise (at least on 2nd floor, where I was. Desk staff not available at times (desk person doubles as bartender). Breakfast is poor. Processed, powdered, frozen crap plus sugary carbs.

I would never stay here again. Cute from a design perspective but the bed was not comfortable and the pillows are horrible. And there were only a few streaming apps you could watch with your subscription but there is no live tv. Very disappointing. Definitely not worth the money and will look elsewhere next time.
