Nothing in the property that was stated is included, they don't have any welcome gift they don't have breakfast they don't have cooking utensils for you to cook they don't have a fire extinguisher they don't have a hair dryer they don't have coffee for the coffee maker they don't have a tea maker they don't have anything that stated on the list. There was some construction and the noise was loud next door to me, also the need to pay for parking is ridiculous after you already paying for the room upon checking in and checking out there was nobody in the office so I had to wait outside for 30 minutes to check in for somebody to show up there was no mirror in the bathroom so I can see myself it just was an overall not a great experience will not come again

There are a lot of activities within walking distance. The only issues I had during my stay was, the shower didn’t work, and I asked for some more towels but never received them. I had to buy more towels.

Great location! Walkable, near so many restaurants and bars! Quick 1 minute walk to the beach! Two bedroom Apt was clean and in great condition, manager also provided umbrella and chairs along with beach towels!

Great access to the boardwalk. Amenities available to rent such as chairs and cooler were very convenient. Our room was small but no complaints, it’s exactly what we wanted for our trip and the price was perfect.

The parking situation is horrendous. We paid a daily parking fee, the night we checked in we went to dinner came back no parking was available. I was told to wait till the morning for the manager. The manager didn’t show up until 12:30 PM, the next afternoon. His overnight solution was to leave my car in the middle of the parking lot. The following day he had me park two blocks down. The third day he was walking into numerous rooms, grabbing car keys, playing valet. I was told I would get reimbursed for three days of nightmares. That didn’t happen. I spent my vacation wearing if my car was going to be towed or booted for three out of three nights.

I stayed here with some friends for 6 nights. There was very poor communication. We had to ask to get clean shower towels 3 times before actually getting them and by time we got them it was our last day. I’ve never been to a hotel where you had to ask for clean towels. The room didn’t get cleaned once while we were there which is fine but not getting towels really frustrating considering how much we were showering and swimming in the ocean. And it took us three days of asking to finally get the towels. The first time I asked the owner/manager said I will ask the cleaning people tomorrow and then the next day we asked again at about three in the afternoon and he said in a rude tone, you have to ask while the cleaners are here as if he had already told us which he had not. Other than that the place was decent nice location. And decently clean. Only complaint was having to beg for clean towels and then getting an attitude while asking.
