This was a good pick for our family with the beach right there, It was a more quiet area which we enjoyed, but still close to all the action. The owner was very friendly and gave great ideas for our stay. He also responded very quickly with any questions we had.

What can I say about Laguna Blu. To start the location is excellent not on the beach but a quiet location 1minute walk to the beach. Our host Marco was awesome. He was responsive to all my questions and needs. He also recommended plus on restaurants and night life in the area. We would recommend a stay. We’ll be back soon. Thanks again Marco.

We absolutely loved our stay here. It was me, my husband and our 2 year old daughter. They had great necessities so all we had to do was get groceries. The apartment is more spacious than photos portray which was great. Nice seating area outside was comfortable. Beautiful views of the oceans from both windows.

Very run down. NOT ocean front and very poor ocean view… so poor it should not be allowed to be listed as such. Old and run down. Soft floor, sink was disgusting, we wiped the floor upon arrival and the cloth was BLACK. Beach chairs and umbrella were a plus. Absolutely NOT worth the money! Pictures are very misleading.

We got robbed! Step out for 20 minutes to see a parade literally 15ft away and as soon as we left burglars came, knew the code to the door and took all our stuff! Beware! cleaning lady has access to your door code. We were specifically targeted and it could happen to others. Property management and owner are very passive about this happening at their property. Very unsafe

We liked how close we were to the beach. Just a few steps. The room was clean and had everything we needed including beach chairs. The dining options on the Broadwalk weren’t as abundant as we would have liked but that has nothing to do with Laguna Blu. Overall we were satisfied.

Dirty worse stay ever

Place was dirty I had to request back cleaning fee. Worse stay ever. Don’t look nothing like the pictures. They were doing construction and it was dusty. It was a waste of my money. The only good thing was the beach is walking distance. I chose ocean view and there were building at the front. Deceiving

Nice, quiet and steps from the beach. Parking was easy to get in and out. Checking in and out was easy! The action was close by with bars and restaurants or you could just go to Publix and cook in. Will be back!

The location was excellent, and although there were a couple of issues in the room they were resolved quickly. The cleanliness was outstanding. However the parking situation was stressful the assigned space was too tight, making it difficult to park without risking damage to the car. (I bought it a week) ago, additionally We had to leave the room at 11:00 and at 9:50 we began to load the car to go a few minutes to the beach before leaving. But as we moved the car to load our belongings, the people from the left apartment entered the parking space that I had reserved and paid for, which seemed very disrespectful to me.
