East access to freeway, wish i could have went into a lobby instead of standing outside but i understand Covid changes.

This property was advertised as an "Airport Hotel" when it is far from the airport! I was also told that it has a shuttle but was not told that it is a privately chartered shuttle which I have to call the hotel to send. Unlike other hotels which have their own shuttle which regularly pass through the airport so customers can get on, you have to call the hotel for this hotel to send this shuttle. I waited for over 3 hours because I kept calling the Days Inn which was at the airport to send a shuttle not knowing that this one was not the one at the airport. When I finally paid a taxi $45 take me to the hotel after midnight, the young lady working at the front desk was rude, unapologetic and unsympathetic.

The room was newly updated. The staff was nice professional and accommodating. I would recommend staying here for a comfortable night's rest or just a quick weekend getaway

Trashy loud rooms look some what clean till you walk on the floor for 2 minutes you have black feet from the carpet. The only positive was our experience with the young man in the on site restaurant he was very polite and the food was very good and the beer was cold

The staff were well mannered and courteous They care of my need and go the extra mile to assist in whatever way they can. The room was great clean bedroomand bathroom .Heat or AC to my comfort. Good lighting okay pool Free shuttle to and from the hotel to the airport. One disappointment no iron in room

Not bad

Updates and new carpet would be nice. Fridge and microwave nice. Shuttle was convenient. Overall fine for an overnight.

Our room was not taken care of daily sheets not changed daily trash not emptied daily room not vacuumed daily people outside all times of night talking loud sitting out getting drunk in parking lot worse stay I've ever had there had been staying there each July for the past 4years this I feel was my last stay there
