Never again. Garbage all over outside, “office” is nothing more than the size of the bathroom. The girl that helped us, was very friendly, trying to calm down my irritated behind. Major issues with their “ free shuttle “.

Highway noise all night

Stayed in room 504. In front of the hotel. Heard highway noise all night. Room needs upgrades. But the staff made up for it. The young lady at the front desk was professional, kind, and beautiful. Other staff members were polite.

The whole locking device on door was broke missing screws and we did not feel safe at all. The floors were pulling up and did not looked mopped in days. The whole room was just gritty and felt dirty. I will just say the pictures on the expedia website did not match what the grounds or rooms looked like. Maybe these need to be updated.Did we stay , yes because it was late and there was not much option at the time and we had just disembarked from a long cruise. We will not be returning to the property.

This is an older property about 25 min from the airport. It is clean and staff overnight and morning are great and friendly even at 2am. As a solo female traveler i would rethink this property when solo.

The hotel is older but the room was modern & clean. The shuttle to the hotel was a long wait so we were given the option of hiring a cab and were reimbursed up to $35! The view from the room at the back was excellent. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. We did not realize there was an onsite restaurant and there were only limited fast food options in the neighbourhood. The staff at reception were excellent

Sadly disappointed

There was no restaurant as advertise. The end was up under construction. Our room was on the third floor. The conditions were horrible. The refrigerator was replaced three times. The tub was filthy. We even saw a roach. We were supposed to come back to the end after our cruise I canceled the last two nights stay we stayed elsewhere.
