Worst experience of my life Don’t waste your money This place tells you to make sure you following directions on parking but fails to tell you it’s valet only and it’s 30 every night your there so I had to pay another 30 to even get my keys to my car . The hotel is dirty in the stair well there was so much trash it was so nasty the elevators were broken when I showed up to check into my room . I had to carry my stuff up 10 flights of stairs with.no assistance and pregnant and I’m high risk . It didn’t stop there after i got done climbing up 10 flights of stairs and got in my room not even 10 minutes latter we were told there was a evacuation and I had to walk down another 5 flights of stairs until someone told me it was a false alarm . Eventually they fixed the elevator but I’m not sure how safe it was it would shake and make alot of nose when using it after fixed so I decided to take the stairs that was a bad idea also in the stair well there was no way to get out I closed the door to the floor I was staying on and I was locked in the stair well I had to walk down another 4 flights of stairs before I found a open door it’s very unsafe especially if that is our only emergency exit this place is a joke and probably nastiest places I’ve stayed in HIGHLY HIGLY DONT RECOMMEND.
