Numerous issues with the house. There is what appears to be black mold in the main bathroom and lots of previous water damage in the master bath from the glass shower walls that are not properly mounted to the walls. Lots of other damage throughout the house. The pots and pans were limited and disgusting. Utensilswere limited, only 4 forks. Overall cleanliness of the place was poor as well. Location is right on a main road that has traffic all night long next to impossible to get a full night's sleep of you are sleeping in either of the rooms that are right next to the street. Requested the host to cancel our stay, after the first night, due to the condition of the house, as I could not cancel nor could customer service. I was not able to book a different place, I assumed due to the reservation not being canceled immediately. We waited several hours for the cancelation, that actually didn't happen until Wednesday. We ended up having to book the rooms at a hotel. Thankfully we were fully refunded eventually although the host marked it that we didn't meet the age requirement, which isn't true, but if that was what they had to due to give us a full refund then ok. This property should not be made avaliable on VRBO until it's has been fixed and verified and inspected for compliance. It should also be required to note the proximity of the house to the busy street.
