Check in was great. Was excited to get an updated room. It looked very nice. BUT… the A/C was a wall unit that wasn’t working right. It kept turning off the A/C mode and switching to fan mode. This resulted in damp floors the whole time we were there. Also, no one repleshed coffee pods or clean towels. Never saw a housekeeper.

We found the rooms to be dingy when you looked at the details. Otherwise the setup is great... 205 is an anomaly ask for a room with a view. only a few do not have one. As a hotel its not the best, but the location is unbeatable. And the common areas really are quite nice. Enjoy!

Although the location is awesome, we had issues this trip. Chuck and technically is at four, but we tried at one and then at three and then a little after four and they kept telling us the room wasn’t ready yet. Until she actually tried to call housekeeping and housekeeping was gone in the room had been ready. They just hadn’t checked it off in the system apparently. We were exhausted and would’ve appreciated if she prior to after four to make sure that our room really wasn’t ready. The front desk person didn’t give us clear directions on where our room was located. I didn’t realize it was in a different building and we walked around. It just took us a long time to actually find it. And then it was very hard to get the door open. We tried several times and couldn’t get it open. We didn’t get any clear direction on how to get the door open. I tried calling the front desk, cause I was just so tired by this point from walking around trying to find the room and I was immediately put on hold and nobody to the phone. A maintenance man finally did come after my husband walked to the front desk and he did get the door open, but apparently he knew the truck. to top everything off they were having a big, loud event that was taking place right outside our room, and the music was thumping until 11 pm. Not a great start to our trip. I also feel like the quality of the food at the restaurant isn’t like it used to be. Other. Hotels before we go back beachcomber.

The layout of the room was odd but it was nice and clean. Also quiet. The staff was friendly and professional. The bar food was good. And the beach was beautiful! We had a very relaxing couple of days and definitely recommend it.

Nice place,very clean. Room not top of the line but clean, comfortable bed, nice balcony, very good size. Staff very nice and helpful. I would stay again. The only complain we had was the drinks were watered down. We would’ve spent more time at the lounge as it was so nice, outside, live music.
