The pool and workout area are closed which wasn’t explained to us on booking. I have 3 kids and we only stay where they can swim usually. Stains on bedding and couch, and smoke smell filled the halls. My niece and nephew found a bed bug in their room;( Will never book here again.

I loved that it was away from noise. There were a lot of dinning options close by. The people were great, they had a nice breakfast. The room was very nice.

For being a newer hotel this one is poorly maintained. The elevator wasn’t cleaned the entire weekend. You could see significant dust on all the baseboards.

The hotel was close to our family and close to shopping, restaurants and other things. The room was large with a kitchen and the beds comfortable. We didn’t like that there wasn’t room cleaning service daily and that we had to go to the front desk for replacement clean towelsTP, Kleenex, etc. our room was cleaned once over our 14 day stay there. The safe didn’t work and we were told 3 times a maintenance person would fix it but didn’t. We especially liked Matt, the front desk person who tried to fix the safe and saw to it our room was cleaned. He was friendly and eager to help.

Great hotel and very friendly staff. The only thing I didn’t enjoy was the pool being a little too cold and the hot tub was extremely hot. Other then that it was a great experience!
