I love the hotel very much, but disappointed that they didn't change the sheets or even freshen the bed up. We were there 4 nights. We enjoyed the location.

We have stayed at this hotel in other areas and it was really nice! The one in Florence I can’t say the same. The first room we were checked into smelled like dogs and the couch was torn. We were given another room and that was good. The room was smaller than I hoped and thank goodness is was our kid staying on the pullout because that bed was flat and rock hard bed. We were just staying a quick night but I wanted something nice, I was disappointed.

The hotel was perfect for my birthday/girls weekend. We had a clean and comfortable room. We got to walk to Turfway to enjoy the Loverboy concert. The location was perfect to go to dinner and a concert. I would definitely stay here again.
