We were very impressed by the overall appeal and conditions of the property when we checked in and saw our room but it went downhill fast when the room above us had small kids running wild for many hours in the evening and bedtime, it sounded like they were going to come through our ceiling. We could not sleep and we called the front desk at least 5 times and was told they would call that room or hi up there but it never stoped until very late. Very disturbing.

The sofa mattress had a huge yellow stain on it; the breakfast bar had very limited options; the elevator button was missing the 2 so I had to take the stairs to my 2nd floor room

There was dog food on the floor soon as we walked in the front door, the room was barely vacuum if it all and they were dirty towels in the bathroom. The toilet bowl had "brown" splatter on the inside. There were no bed sets for the fold-out couch and the front desk mentioned they do not have any fitted sheets for them. We didn't stick around for the buffet breakfast based on a complete lack of trust in cleanliness based on experience with the room.
