Apollo Guest House was a fantastic place to stay! It’s an easy walk from the train station and located near plenty of great restaurants and cafés. The instructions for entering the building were very clear, and there’s even an elevator, which made bringing our luggage up to the 3rd floor super easy. Check-in was smooth, and our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location is perfect for exploring Florence, as it’s close to many of the city’s main attractions. Overall, a convenient, comfortable, and well-managed stay. I’d definitely stay here again!

The property is located on one of the busiest streets in Florence. We booked a room for four people. The listing on Expedia stated the room was on the third floor, but in reality, the elevator only goes up to the third floor—you then have to climb two more flights of very narrow stairs to reach the room. We had three large suitcases and had to carry them up those tight staircases ourselves. The bathroom was extremely small, and the shower had drainage issues. This property does not reflect the price I paid. Additionally, the listing mentioned on-site laundry, but there was no laundry machine—only a laundry service. Unfortunately, I’m quite disappointed with the experience. A totally rip off!

Its convenient from the station. Cleanliness Friendliness of the staff Amenities are great We've got a veranda!!! It has an elevator! Very secure. I'm not paid to say these, But with my experiences both high ends and shared spaces, theirs is exceptional!! I am very pleased Kinda wished I stayed longer here than Rome!
